MRD Marine warrants that:

Loss of Gloss Due to Product Failure

If the protective products applied by MRD Marine fail prematurely under normal use and maintenance, MRD Marine will inspect the affected area and, if determined to be a product or workmanship issue, provide:

• Complimentary re-polishing of the affected section. 
• Reapplication of wax or sealant. 
• Spot correction where necessary. 

Uneven Finish Caused by Workmanship

Should haze, streaking, or inconsistent gloss resulting from our workmanship become evident within the warranty period, MRD Marine will:

• Re-inspect the surface. 
• Re-polish affected areas. 
• Restore uniform appearance at no charge. 

**Missed Areas**

Any areas unintentionally overlooked during the original service will be corrected at no cost.

This warranty does not cover damage, oxidation, or deterioration caused by factors beyond MRD Marine's control, including:

**Environmental Conditions**

• UV exposure. 
• Acid rain. 
• Bird droppings. 
• Tree sap. 
• Hard water stains. 
• Saltwater deposits. 
• Algae or mold growth. 
• Chemical contamination. 

**Improper Maintenance**

The warranty becomes void if:

• Abrasive cleaners are used. 
• Household cleaners are used. 
• Acid-based cleaners are used. 
• Pressure washing is performed at close range. 
• Dirty brushes are used. 
• The boat is neglected and not washed regularly. 

**Normal Wear**

This warranty does not guarantee that:

• Oxidation will never return. 
• The vessel will remain showroom perfect. 
• Surface defects that were too deep to remove during the original correction will not become visible again. 

Gelcoat naturally oxidizes over time, particularly when exposed to:

• Constant sunlight. 
• Saltwater environments. 
• Harsh weather. 
• Lack of routine maintenance. 

**Pre-Existing Conditions**

MRD Marine is not responsible for:

• Thin gelcoat. 
• Previous repairs. 
• Faded paint. 
• Stress cracks. 
• Gelcoat checking. 
• Deep scratches. 
• Severe chalking that cannot be safely removed. 
• Manufacturer defects. 

**Neglect**

Failure to maintain the vessel properly may void this warranty.

Examples include:

• Allowing heavy oxidation to redevelop. 
• Leaving contaminants on the surface for extended periods. 
• Storing the vessel uncovered in harsh environments without periodic cleaning.

To maintain warranty coverage, customers agree to:

Wash the Boat Every 2–4 Weeks

Using:

• pH-neutral marine soap. 
• Soft microfiber wash mitts. 
• Clean drying towels. 

Remove Contaminants Promptly

Immediately remove:

• Bird droppings. 
• Fish blood. 
• Salt deposits. 
• Water spots. 
• Tree sap. 

Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Do not use:

• Bleach. 
• Degreasers. 
• Acids. 
• Abrasive compounds. 
• Household cleaners. 

Annual Professional Maintenance

MRD Marine recommends:

• Quarterly wash and wax maintenance. 
• Annual polishing and inspection. 

This warranty does not cover:

**Storm Damage**

• Hail 
• Wind damage 
• Debris impact 

**Dock Damage**

• Scratches 
• Rub marks 
• Fender damage 

**Trailer Damage**

• Bunk marks 
• Strap abrasion 

**Mechanical Repairs**

• Engines 
• Electronics 
• Hardware 
• Upholstery 

**New Oxidation Caused By**

• Constant UV exposure. 
• Lack of maintenance. 
• Environmental fallout. 
• Storage conditions.

To submit a claim:

Contact MRD Marine within 7 days of discovering the issue.

Provide:

• Name. 
• Date of service. 
• Photos of the affected area. 
• Description of the concern. 

MRD Marine reserves the right to inspect the vessel before approving any warranty claim.

This warranty is limited solely to the correction or reapplication of products and services originally provided by MRD Marine.

MRD Marine shall not be liable for:

• Loss of use. 
• Towing fees. 
• Marina fees. 
• Storage fees. 
• Haul-out charges. 
• Transportation expenses. 
• Incidental or consequential damages. 

No cash refunds shall be issued under this warranty.
